We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Coordinator to support operational processes across Finance, IT, and Compliance teams. In this role, you will: 📌 Coordinate onboarding and system access for new Finance team members 📌 Serve as the primary liaison between Finance and IT for system access, troubleshooting, and operational support 📌 Manage compliance documentation and insurance-related records 📌 Coordinate special projects, including patient account closures and unclaimed funds processing 📌 Ensure accurate documentation, timely follow-ups, and smooth cross-functional collaboration ✅ What We're Looking For 🔍 Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail 🔍 Experience coordinating IT-related requests, system access, or onboarding activities is highly preferred 🔍 Experience coordinating processes, documentation, onboarding, or cross-functional initiatives 🔍 Comfortable working with multiple systems, portals, and software platforms 🔍 Ability to collaborate effectively across Finance, IT, and Compliance teams 🔍 Strong communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills 🔍 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel ➕ Nice to Have ⭐ Experience coordinating onboarding activities and system access for new employees ⭐ Familiarity with documentation management, compliance processes, or record-keeping ⭐ Previous experience in healthcare, finance operations, administrative coordination, or project coordination environments 💙 What We Offer 💙 Competitive compensation package. 💙 Professional development and exposure to U.S. healthcare revenue cycle best practices. 💙 Collaborative international culture with structured support and training. 📩 Ready to join us?
