Financial Manager

About the Company York Holding Group is an international real estate development company headquartered in Tbilisi with operations across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar. We develop, sell, and manage residential projects for a global investor base — and we are scaling fast. About the Role We are looking for a Financial Manager to take ownership of the company's core financial management function: budgeting, financial analysis, managerial reporting, bank financing, and investor-facing financial work . This is a high-visibility role working closely with senior leadership, with real influence over operational performance, funding, and investment decisions. Responsibilities Budgeting & Planning - full-cycle budgeting across P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet, including reconciliations. Financial Analysis - performance analysis of P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet to drive management decisions. Managerial Reporting - sales reports and project-level P&L / cash flow / balance sheet reporting covering developments, renovations, and cancellations. Bank Financing - management of the existing loan portfolio, bank reporting, and fundraising for new projects. Investments - project financial feasibility analysis, financial modeling, and preparation of investment teasers and presentations. What We Are Looking For Degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; ACCA / CFA (full or in progress) is a plus. 4+ years of progressive finance experience, including 2+ years in a financial management or senior analyst role; real estate, development, or banking background strongly preferred. Strong command of the three financial statements, budgeting, and financial modeling (advanced Excel required; ERP experience — Odoo or similar — an advantage). Confident practical use of AI tools (e.g., Claude) in financial analysis, reporting, and process automation. Hands-on experience with bank financing, covenant reporting, or investor relations. Fluent English and Georgian; confident presenting financial material to executives, banks, and investors.
