15 October About us York Holding Group is an international real estate and investment holding company headquartered in Tbilisi, with operating branches across the UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. Our finance function supports York Towers and the Group`s regional entities across multiple jurisdictions. Role Purpose The Financial Reporting & Analysis Specialist is responsible for the Group`s management reporting cycle and provides financial analysis to support decision-making at project, branch and holding-company level. This is a hands-on reporting and analysis role with direct exposure to senior management. Tbilisi Full-time, On-site Key Responsibilities Management and Financial Reporting ** Prepare Balance Sheet, P&L and Cash Flow reports for York Towers and its branches ** Produce business lines managerial reports ** Maintain the Group`s management reporting pack, ensuring consistency and accuracy across entities Revenue Analysis ** Prepare sales reports and sales analysis ** Prepare brokerage deal reporting for Group projects ** Support inventory analysis Receivables, Payments and Controls ** Prepare and maintain the overdue report and monitor collection performance ** Prepare payment reports and perform payment checks and verification ** Prepare declaration reporting Balances and Reconciliations ** Maintain branch balance calculation files ** Maintain customer balance calculation files and ensure reconciliation accuracy Business Partnering ** Provide financial and analytical support for bank financing processes ** Identify variances, trends and risks, and present findings to management in a clear, decision-ready format ** Improve and automate existing reporting templates and processes Requirements ** Bachelor`s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field ** 3+ years of experience in financial reporting, financial analysis, accounting, audit or FP&A ** Strong understanding of Balance Sheet, P&L and Cash Flow mechanics ** Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, data models and large multi-source files ** Experience working with multiple entities or branches is a strong advantage ** Professional working proficiency in Georgian and English ** High attention to detail, strong ownership mindset and the ability to meet recurring reporting deadlines Preferred Qualifications ** ACCA / CIMA — studying or certified ** Experience in real estate, construction or development ** Experience with ERP systems and BI tools, particularly Power BI or equivalent If you meet these requirements,
