Oneclick Airways is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Flight Dispatcher to join our Operations Control Center (OCC). This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing airline and play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of our international flights. Working in a dynamic OCC environment, you will collaborate closely with flight crews, airports, handling agents, air navigation service providers, and operational partners worldwide. Key Responsibilities Prepare Operational Flight Plans (OFP) and ATS Flight Plans. Perform route analysis, fuel planning, and aircraft performance calculations. Monitor weather, NOTAMs, ATFM restrictions, and airspace limitations. Conduct flight watch and provide real-time operational support to flight crews. Coordinate daily operations with airports, handling agents, fuel suppliers, and other service providers. Support irregular operations (IROPS) and operational recovery. Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable aviation regulations. Maintain operational records and documentation. Qualifications & Requirements Valid Flight Dispatcher License or an equivalent aviation qualification. Previous experience in airline operations or flight dispatch is considered an advantage. Good knowledge of ICAO regulations and international flight operations. Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and spoken English. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced operational environment. Willingness to work on a flexible shift schedule, including day, night, weekend, and public holiday shifts.
