Implement, configure and integrate agents inside the customer’s environment: Microsoft 365, ServiceNow and the systems already in place. Own the rollout end to end: pilot, measure what the agents deliver, fix what does not work, and hand over a running setup. Feed what you learn back to the platform team as concrete requirements, bugs and reusable components. Explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and keep the customer confident throughout. What we expect Strong engineering background in at least one of: backend and integrations, LLM and agent tooling, or enterprise systems such as Microsoft 365 and ServiceNow. Comfortable shipping in a customer’s environment rather than behind a backlog, and taking decisions without waiting for a ticket. Clear written and spoken English; ability to run a workshop and a demo. Willingness to travel to customer sites when a deployment needs it. Nice to have Experience with identity, access management or IT governance in large organisations. Prior consulting, solutions engineering or forward-deployed experience. Kubernetes, CI/CD and observability basics. What we offer A small team with direct access to the founders, the platform engineers and the customer.
