## Job description

We are looking for experienced professionals to join NextShip’s IT team! 🔹 Founding AI Engineer / Lead Applied AI Engineer Lead the development of NextShip’s AI platform from conversational agents and document intelligence to matching, scoring and AI infrastructure. 🔹 Applied ML / AI Engineer Build and improve practical AI solutions for document processing, OCR, matching, conversational AI, evaluation and automation. 🔹 ERP / SaaS Product Marketing Manager – Maritime Technology Bring a complex B2B SaaS/ERP product to market through customer research, positioning, go-to-market strategy, sales enablement and demand generation.
