## Job description

🔥 FQA Lead / Game QA Lead
We are currently looking for an experienced Senior FQA Lead / Game QA Lead to join a project for a world-renowned video game development studio.
📍 Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan
🏢 Format: 100% onsite
🇬🇧 English: Conversational

About the Role:
We are looking for a strong game testing leader who can take ownership of QA projects, coordinate testing teams, communicate with clients, and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple gaming platforms.
The role combines project ownership, test planning, team leadership, risk management, and client communication.

MUST HAVE
— 3+ years of game testing leadership experience
— Strong hands-on background in video game QA
— Experience testing games across multiple platforms:
— iOS / Android
— PC
— Consoles
— Experience leading QA teams and coordinating testers
— Experience with test planning and Test Design
— Ability to assign tasks, track progress, and ensure delivery against deadlines
— Strong understanding of QA processes and best practices
— Experience working with one or more of the following companies:
— East Games
— EVEGOPLAYON
— Qualqore
— Kraken Express
— AmayaSoft
— Confident client and stakeholder communication
— Conversational English
— Availability to work 100% onsite in Tashkent

Responsibilities
— Take ownership of assigned QA projects and drive them to successful delivery
— Ensure projects are fully prepared before the planned QA start
— Identify, assign, and monitor testing tasks
— Ensure client requirements, QA processes, and best practices are followed
— Prepare Test Design based on project and client requirements
— Track project schedules, risks, dependencies, and opportunities
— Identify potential blockers as early as possible and communicate them proactively
— Plan staffing needs and communicate resource requirements or absences
— Lead and support QA Technicians / Testers and Associate QA Leads
— Mentor team members and support their professional development
— Perform line-management responsibilities and staff evaluations
— Prepare project data and presentation materials for client meetings and reviews
— Maintain professional communication with clients, Project Managers, QA Management, and the test team
— Support QA and Operations teams when required
— Act as a backup for the Project Manager when needed
— Follow and promote company security policies and procedures
— Validate team time and attendance records

What We’re Looking For
This position is best suited for someone who is not only an experienced game tester, but also comfortable with taking ownership, leading people, managing risks, and communicating directly with clients.
