## Job description

Review customer quotations and identify all required shipping, customs, and supporting documentation. Manage day-to-day logistics operations and coordinate transportation activities to ensure efficient service delivery. Coordinate and oversee shipment processes, ensuring timely execution and accurate status updates to stakeholders. Prepare, verify, and manage shipping documentation while ensuring compliance with customs regulations and international trade requirements. Liaise with carriers, suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to optimize transportation and shipping operations. Monitor shipment performance, resolve operational issues proactively, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Prepare and maintain detailed operational reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and shipping activity records within internal systems. Ensure accurate data entry and documentation of all shipment-related activities in accordance with company procedures.
