The Role 👩‍🏭 We're hiring a Fullstack Engineer to help us scale Fugo from "a tool that works on a few screens" into the system enterprises trust to run thousands of them. You'll move across the whole stack. One week you're shipping web client features in React/TypeScript that let a customer manage screens across 200 sites. The next you're chasing down a playback hiccup on a Tizen device in a hospital lobby that hasn't been rebooted in 14 months. The week after, you're wiring up an AI agent that triggers a screen update the moment a deal closes in Salesforce. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our hardware team, our QA engineer, and — often — directly with the customer reporting the bug. The loop from "something's off" to "it's fixed and live" is short here, and you'll feel that on day one. No committees, no 18-month roadmaps. Just ship, learn, ship again. If you like a stack you understand end-to-end, and a product whose impact you can literally see on a wall — you'll feel at home. What you’ll be working on 🛠 Here’s a taste of what’s on our roadmap: Web Client : scalable features for managing large number of playlists across very big screen networks in enterprise environments Screen Player Clients: optimsing and stabilising playback on platforms like Tizen, webOS, BrightSign, Android and others. These are mission, critical devices that run 24/7, often in high-visibility environments, so reliability, performance, and zero downtime aren’t optional, they’re the baseline. AI integrations : connecting Fugo to external systems (OneDrive, Notion, Salesforce, etc.) to power autonomous agent workflows Dashboard Builder : a zero-code tool for turning natural language prompts into live dashboards — no SQL required You’ll be working across the stack, shipping clean, maintainable code, and solving tricky design problems that blend UX, system performance, and AI logic. What we’re looking for 🕵️‍♂️ You might be a great fit if: You have 3+ years building production software (frontend and backend) You know React, Typescript, Node.js inside-out You care deeply about code quality , static typing , and state machine design You like moving fast, but not breaking things — shipping safely matters too You’re excited by AI, but grounded in product thinking: how it works is cool, but what it does for users is what really counts You need to have commercial experience with following: ReactJS/Typescript (Our core stack) Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, node Experience in designing and implementing responsive layouts Experience building visual interfaces for web and mobile application Bonus if 👍 experience with Effect TS experience with XState You’ve worked with screens / digital signage / embedded web clients You have experience with media playback, low-latency data pipelines, or device sync You’ve shipped products where UX + real-time data mattered a lot Scala, Functional Programming, DDD, AWS Why join us? 🙋‍♂️ We’re small, profitable, and growing — with customers in 60+ countries, and big plans ahead.
