Maybe that’s you! 🙂 🛠️ Your Day-to-Day AI-Assisted Development: You use modern AI tools across the entire development process: planning, architecture, development, debugging, and deployment. Technical Ownership: You know exactly what you’re shipping. You use AI to speed up development, not to replace engineering judgment. Core Stack: React, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS. Databases: SQL-focused backend work (PostgreSQL / Supabase / Convex). Projects: Building SaaS platforms, admin systems, dashboards, online stores, and custom business applications. 🎯 Who We’re Looking For An Actual Developer: Not a “vibe coder,” but someone with real, hands-on experience in the JS/TS ecosystem. Experience: Roughly 3–4 years of modern web development experience. Autonomy: You can own features end to end and work confidently in a remote environment. Communication: You communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing. Systems Thinking: You don’t just build UIs.
