We are looking for a compassionate clinician who values client-centered, trauma-informed, and holistic care and is comfortable working independently while being part of a supportive team. Key Responsibilities Provide confidential, high-quality virtual therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, and other mental health concerns. Utilize evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and other appropriate therapeutic modalities. Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with Georgia licensing requirements. Manage an independent caseload while collaborating with a compassionate group practice team. Participate in insurance credentialing and maintain all required licenses and documentation. Qualifications Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related clinical field. Active, unencumbered Georgia license as an LPC or LCSW. Strong clinical communication and documentation skills. Ability to provide effective therapy through a secure telehealth platform. Experience working with diverse populations and presenting concerns. Holistic, client-centered, spiritual-integrated, or faith-informed counseling experience is preferred but not required. Compensation & Benefits Starting rate: $30 per completed session Opportunity to increase compensation to $35 per session Practice covers credentialing costs 100% remote position Flexible scheduling Supportive group-practice environment Opportunity to build and manage your own caseload Administrative support to help reduce the burden of practice management Credentialing We are willing to cover the cost of credentialing for the selected clinician and assist with the credentialing process so you can focus on providing care to your clients.
