გაყიდვების მენეჯერი (გაყიდვების მენეჯერი) — HH Recruitment (Tbilisi)

HR Employment Agency is seeking a Sales Manager in Tbilisi for an international company operating in the logistics sector. The position is intended for a professional who can expand the client and agent base, actively manage sales, and strengthen the company's market position. Main Responsibilities: Develop and expand the client and agent base, leveraging an existing professional network. Actively attract new clients through cold calls, meetings, and other sales activities. Attend industry conferences and networking events to establish new business contacts. Handle client and agent inquiries, calculate freight rates, prepare commercial offers, and negotiate terms. Organize and coordinate multimodal transportation in cooperation with carriers and agents. Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely payments from clients and agents. Prepare and submit reports on sales activities and results to management. Qualification Requirements: Higher education (Bachelor's degree preferred). Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager in the logistics sector. Native Georgian Fluent English (B2+) Required Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Result-oriented mindset and active sales skills. Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
