As we expand both organically and through acquisitions, we're building out our leadership bench with operators who can run entire business activities, not just functions. Your Mission We're looking for a proven business leader to own a full business unit end-to-end: P&L, Product Direction, Team, Customers and Growth . This is not a "manage a function" role. It's a run-the-business role. You'll operate a business activity within BlueThrone as its de-facto CEO , with full accountability for its results. You'll sit at the executive level , shape strategy alongside the leadership team and be trusted to build and run things independently . What You'll Own Own the business end to end — full accountability for revenue, retention, roadmap and profitability of your unit. Build and lead teams — hire, structure and develop a cross-functional team spanning Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Commercial Functions. Drive B2B growth — own the commercial engine like pricing, sales motion, partnerships, developer/B2B marketing and expansion within an existing customer base. Set strategy and execute it — define where your business plays and how it wins, then deliver against that plan quarter over quarter. Integrate and scale — align your unit's product, technology and go-to-market with BlueThrone's broader platform and teams. Represent the business — be its face to customers, partners and the market. What You'll Be Responsible For Mobile apps experience — deep, hands-on understanding of the mobile app ecosystem such as subscriptions, app store economics, SDKs, monetization and growth. B2B experience related to mobile apps — you've built, sold, or run B2B products serving mobile app developers or publishers (e.g., SDKs, analytics, attribution, monetization or infrastructure tools). End-to-end business ownership — you've run a department, business unit or company with P&L (or P&L-like) accountability, not just a single function. Team building and leadership — a track record of hiring, structuring and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams and people follow you. Operator's mindset — comfortable moving between strategy and execution with board-level thinking in the morning and unblocking a customer escalation in the afternoon. What Sets You Apart Experience integrating an acquired company or leading a business through M&A. Experience with subscription infrastructure, RevOps or developer-facing platforms. Commercial experience with global B2B SaaS customers (SMB through enterprise). Data-driven decision-making — fluent in cohort, LTV and revenue analytics. Startup-to-scale experience — you've built things from ambiguity, not just optimised mature machines. Who You Are A leader who takes full ownership — no "not my department."
