## Job description
General Manager at Lazer Lounge (Tbilisi). Deadline 05 December.
05 December Entertainment venue Lazer Lounge is looking for an experienced General Manager to run daily operations, increase the quality of service and drive financial performance. The venue is close to Station Square, featuring laser tag as the main activity. Any proven management experience across core business functions is required: from sales to HR, from marketing to facilities management. Being trilingual is also a must: native Georgian, B2 English and B2 Russian, which will be tested during the interview. Key responsibilities: ** Manage almost every aspect of the venue and its operations ** Staff management, hiring, coach staff to make them good hospitality workers ** Take responsibility for the financial and practical wellbeing and safety of the company ** 1-2 days per week of answering calls and messages from potential clients ** Proactively search for growth opportunities and points for improvement ** Communicate with and unload the business owners ** 1 day per month you will take a normal working shift like other staff, which also involves cleaning Qualifications and traits: ** Reliable and dependable ** Strong leadership skills, seniority ** Energetic, autonomous worker ** Strong understanding of customer service ** Result oriented ** Computer skills, CRM experience ** Understanding of marketing ** Eye for detail ** Good communication and interpersonal skills ** Able to spot and confront staff when they are underperforming ** Ability to work under pressure and manage several tasks simultaneously Things that will increase your chances of getting hired: ** Experience in a senior position in hospitality ** Experience with cold sales ** Understanding of financial management and accounting ** Interest in technical equipment and game settings What we offer: ** Salary indication: ±2500 GEL , with room for growth ** Start-up atmosphere, the chance to make a significant impact and grow professionally ** Flexible working schedule. Because we are an entertainment center, frequent availability in evenings, weekends and holidays is a must, but we offer a lot of flexibility in planning your own schedule. ** We expect you to work in the venue for at least 16 hours per week for supervision and other matters, spread over 4 different days of the week ** Working 32 instead of 40 hours is also negotiable.
