The Interpreter will facilitate clear, accurate, and culturally sensitive communication between English speakers and individuals with limited English proficiency across healthcare, legal, educational, and government settings. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing telephone and video remote interpreting, following established protocols, and ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in every interaction. The role also involves accurately conveying tone and meaning, clarifying ambiguities when appropriate, and adhering to industry standards and GLOBO’s quality guidelines.
