## Job description

• $100–$200 per hour • 100% remote • Part-time • 20 or more hours a week, you choose when Work on the cutting edge of psychiatric AI, on your own schedule, and get paid for the clinical expertise you already have. Real psychiatrists help train and test the AI systems everyone is talking about. The teams developing these systems need psychiatric experts to build challenging case studies, assess the quality of the model's responses, provide the answer a psychiatrist would give, and point out clearly where the response misses the mark. Your clinical judgment helps shape the next generation of medical AI, with careful attention to ethics and cultural context. You can do this work remotely alongside your current practice. What you'll do • Build complex psychiatric case studies for evaluating AI models • Carry out psychiatric assessments and prepare expert annotations grounded in Georgian clinical practice • Prepare clinically sound records and written analyses in both Georgian and English • Assess model responses and the evaluation approach, then provide clear written feedback on clinical accuracy and ethical handling Why this is worth your time • Get paid $100–$200 an hour to build real AI skills, on top of your current job • Work directly with frontier psychiatric AI tools and see how they are built, tested and improved, experience most psychiatrists will not have for years • Build a career edge for what comes next: AI is reshaping psychiatry, and the psychiatrists who understand it from the inside will lead that change • Fully remote and flexible, no fixed shifts, no commute Who this is for • MD, MBBS, or equivalent medical degree; completed psychiatry residency and valid medical licensure • Professional fluency in Georgian; advanced English in both writing and speech • Substantial experience providing psychiatric care in Georgian clinical settings, including assessment, treatment planning and clinical documentation • No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools. Pay and details • $100–$200 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor • 20 or more hours a week, you choose when; fully remote, Georgia How to apply 1. Apply on OpenTrain (about two minutes; upload your resume). 2. Complete a short application on the hiring platform. 3. If shortlisted, take a short AI interview. Most people hear back within days. Ready to put your psychiatric expertise to work at the frontier of AI? Apply today. About OpenTrain AI OpenTrain AI connects experienced professionals with paid, part-time AI training work: shaping and improving the AI systems that companies are building right now.
