## Job description

• $100–$200 per hour • 100% remote • Part-time • 20 or more hours a week, you choose when Work on the cutting edge of psychiatric AI, on your own schedule, and get paid for the clinical expertise you already have. The psychiatric AI systems people are talking about are trained and tested by real psychiatrists. The teams building them need clinicians who can create realistic, difficult psychiatric cases, judge how well an AI handles them, write the clinically accurate answer a psychiatrist would give, and explain exactly where the AI falls short. Your clinical judgment becomes part of how the next generation of psychiatric AI models works. This is that work, done remotely around your current practice. What you'll do • Create and evaluate complex psychiatric case studies grounded in Georgian clinical practice • Assess AI outputs using psychiatric assessment and treatment-planning standards • Write clinically accurate case documentation, analyses and expert annotations in Georgian and English • Review the evaluation methods and explain clearly where the model or review process falls short Why this is worth your time • Get paid $100–$200 an hour to build real AI skills, on top of your current job • Work directly with frontier psychiatric AI tools and see how they are built, tested and improved, experience most psychiatrists will not have for years • Build a career edge for what comes next: AI is reshaping psychiatry, and the psychiatrists who understand it from the inside will lead that change • Fully remote and flexible, no fixed shifts, no commute Who this is for • An MD, MBBS or equivalent medical degree, completed psychiatry residency and valid medical licensure • Substantial psychiatric experience in Georgian clinical settings, including assessment, treatment planning and clinical documentation, with knowledge of Georgian and Western psychiatric frameworks • Native Georgian and advanced written and spoken English, with strong written communication, cultural sensitivity and ethical reasoning • No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools. Pay and details • $100–$200 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor • 20 or more hours a week, you choose when; fully remote, Georgia How to apply 1. Apply on OpenTrain (about two minutes; upload your resume). 2. Complete a short application on the hiring platform. 3. If shortlisted, take a short AI interview. Most people hear back within days. Ready to put your psychiatric expertise to work at the frontier of AI? Apply today.
