## Job description

• $100–$200 per hour • 100% remote • Part-time • 20 or more hours a week, you choose when Work on the cutting edge of AI, on your own schedule, and get paid for the psychological expertise and cultural judgment you already have. The AI systems everyone is talking about are trained and tested by real psychology professionals. The teams building them need people who can create realistic psychological scenarios, judge how well AI handles case studies and assessments, write the answer a qualified professional would give, and explain where the AI falls short. Your clinical judgment, ethical reasoning and cultural awareness become part of how the next generation of AI models works across languages and communities. This is that work, done remotely around your current job. What you'll do • Analyze psychological case studies and documentation, then give feedback grounded in professional experience • Write Georgian and English case scenarios and training materials that respect cultural context and reflect real psychological practice • Evaluate AI-generated psychological content for accuracy and ethical issues • Review and improve the Georgian and English versions of psychological assessments so each item keeps its meaning and cultural fit Why this is worth your time • Get paid $100–$200 an hour to build real AI skills, on top of your current job • Work directly with frontier AI tools and see how they are built, tested and improved, experience most psychology professionals will not have for years • Build a career edge for what comes next: AI is reshaping psychology, and the people who understand it from the inside will lead that change • Fully remote and flexible, no fixed shifts, no commute Who this is for • Native or near-native Georgian and English, including complex psychological terminology • A PhD in Psychology is preferred • Clinical and academic psychology experience, including developing or evaluating case studies and assessments • No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools. Pay and details • $100–$200 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor • 20 or more hours a week, you choose when; fully remote, Georgia How to apply 1. Apply on OpenTrain (about two minutes; upload your resume). 2. Complete a short application on the hiring platform. 3. If shortlisted, take a short AI interview. Most people hear back within days. Ready to put your psychological expertise to work at the frontier of AI? Apply today.
