## Job description

Workster is partnering with a leading international customer experience provider and is looking for German-speaking Customer Service & Sales Advisors for a telecommunications project in Tbilisi, Georgia. The position is intended for candidates who are already living in Georgia. Relocation support within Georgia may be provided. You will work Monday to Friday, have weekends off, and may have the opportunity to work in a hybrid arrangement after 6 months. Your Responsibilities Assist and advise German-speaking customers by phone Handle customer inquiries quickly and professionally Independently manage open customer cases and regularly update customers on their status Identify customer needs and find suitable solutions Identify sales opportunities and recommend appropriate additional products and services Support the continuous improvement of customer service and support processes Achieve agreed customer service and sales targets Your Profile Fluent German Previous customer service experience Enjoyment of telephone-based customer support, consultation, and sales Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach Sales-oriented mindset and motivation to earn attractive performance-based commissions Currently residing in Georgia The Offer Permanent full-time position Competitive salary plus attractive performance-based sales commissions Monday to Friday — weekends off Working hours: 11:00 AM–10:00 PM in winter / 10:00 AM–9:00 PM in summer Opportunity for hybrid working after 6 months Comprehensive, paid on-site training in Tbilisi Health and life insurance Transportation allowance and meal vouchers 24 days of paid annual leave Relocation support within Georgia, if required Various training and career development opportunities International working environment with regular team and company events
