Location & Work Mode City: Tbilisi Country: Georgia Work Mode: On-site (Based initially at the Tbilisi office, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid work model after 6 months of continuous service). Your Role & Responsibilities Provide professional phone support and consultation to German-speaking telecommunications customers. Efficiently manage and resolve open customer cases, providing consistent updates on request statuses. Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions, upgrades, and complementary telecommunications products. Achieve individual customer service quality standards and performance-based sales metrics. Document customer interactions and account changes accurately within digital CRM platforms. Collaborate with colleagues and team leaders to continuously improve support processes. Your Qualifications Language Proficiency: Fluent in German (written and verbal).
