It is a freelance, remote and full-time position. Start date : 21.09.2026 Schedule: Working hours: 8am - 5pm CET, 9am - 6pm, 10 am-7pm or 11am - 8pm CET Five working days and Two days off; (Sunday is always off and second day off is shifting) During the probation period, Newbies will only work the morning shift. After the probation period, the shifts will be rotational. At Mindy support you have great opportunity to get: Experience in the international company working with people around the globe. Compensation is $1100/ month during the probation period (3months) Compensation is $1100 after passing the probation period +250$ KPIs bonus. Loyalty bonus system for long term work. Training will be provided by the company and the client. 20 paid days of vacations, 10 paid days sick leaves per year. Management's attention, support and motivation. Responsibilities : Provide customer support via calls, emails, chats Answer general and order-related questions Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate resolutions Escalate complex issues to the technical department Report to senior management on customers' feedback, complaints, quality etc. Perform other related CS tasks. Note: currently calls are only outbound (to confirm the order, etc.) but it is possible that inbound will be added in the future.
