Supporting a major telecommunications client, this multi-faceted role combines technical troubleshooting, customer care, and consultative selling. You will assist German-speaking customers with technical issues involving internet, TV, landline, VoIP, and IPTV services while recommending value-added products and upgrades. Important Location Requirement: This position is open strictly to candidates who already reside in Georgia . English proficiency is not required—the primary working language is German. Location & Work Mode City: Tbilisi Country: Georgia Work Mode: On-site (Based initially at the Tbilisi corporate facility, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid work model after 6 months of continuous service). Your Role & Responsibilities Provide professional phone-based technical support in German for internet connections, landlines, TV, VoIP, and IPTV platforms. Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical disruptions and service outages using diagnostic software systems. Manage customer technical cases end-to-end, keeping clients updated on their resolution status. Identify customer needs during support calls and recommend suitable product add-ons, higher-speed packages, or service enhancements. Achieve target metrics for service quality, technical case resolution, and sales conversions. Collaborate with internal operations teams to continuously optimize support processes. Your Qualifications Language Proficiency: Fluent in German (written and verbal). English is not required for this role. Residence: Candidates must currently hold active residence in Georgia. Technical Affinity: Strong interest in telecommunications technologies and comfort learning new software systems. Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication traits, customer empathy, and a motivation to earn sales commissions. Experience: Previous experience in technical support, customer care, or sales environments is preferred. Shifts & Working Hours Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) operating on a rotating shift pattern, Monday to Sunday. Operational Shift Window: Scheduled between 08:00 and 22:00 (or up to 11:00–01:00 in Winter / 10:00–00:00 in Summer depending on line assignment).
