What do we do? - Trade-In is a service that allows customers at our partners’ stores to trade in their devices and receive a discount on a new gadget or a gift card. - Buying back devices from companies is a service that helps businesses of any size and type turn devices they no longer need into cash—quickly, safely, and in an eco-friendly way. - Device Refurbishment — our AI-powered robotic production facility holds three international ISO certifications and meets the industry’s latest Industry 5.0 standards. This is how we guarantee the quality of every device we sell. - We also have our own retail stores and an online store. Our partners include major electronics chains, telecom operators, IT companies, as well as authorized Apple and Samsung partners. Our partners in Georgia include the retail chains iSpace, Alta, Elite, Kontakt, iTechnics, Silknet, iCity, iStore, Zoomer, and others. We are looking for a Device Grading Specialist (Grade Operator) to join our team. Your Responsibilities Perform functional testing of devices and verify that they meet quality and operational standards. Conduct visual and technical inspections of smartphones, laptops, and other devices using internal checklists and grading standards. Grade devices according to established company criteria. Prepare devices for resale and transfer completed products to the finished goods warehouse. Take standardized photos of devices and upload them to the system. Coordinate device transportation from partner companies by arranging timely shipments and organizing the required documentation. We're looking for someone who has: Personal experience using smartphones and laptops. Good knowledge of major consumer electronics brands. Understanding of product categories such as smartphones, laptops, smartwatches, and headphones. Knowledge of operating systems, including Android, iOS, and Windows .
