How we work: Employment Type: full-time Hybrid Format: Office days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Flexible Hours: Start your day anytime between 09:00 and 11:00. Location: Shartava St., Saburtalo. We’re seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create innovative gameplay experiences for our mobile games. What you’ll do: Design user interfaces tailored to the age-specific needs of children, including simplified navigation, large buttons, clear visuals, and an intuitive UX structure. Ensure functional and visual consistency through collaboration with product managers, illustrators, and developers. Prepare design prototypes, user flows, and screen layout variations (while maintaining design consistency across all apps and products). Test UI components and provide smart recommendations for design improvements. Adhere to UI/UX standards, build and maintain design systems, and deliver high-quality design assets on time. Maintain visual stability and a unified style across the company’s multiple applications Deliver high-quality design assets on time while maintaining ongoing collaboration with the product team. We expect from you: 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in projects involving children’s content, education, or playful visuals. Experience in mobile apps, mobile design principles (Android & iOS), and UI components is a plus, but not required. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, backed by a strong sense of color, layout, and composition. Smart approach to using AI tools: Freepik AI, ChatGPT, or other AI-powered creative tools Ability to build and maintain design systems and UI components. Capacity for teamwork, incorporating feedback, and adapting quickly. Responsibility, attention to detail, and strong visual sensibility. And other obligations not listed in the job description, but arising from the duties corresponding to the occupied position and/or based on the instructions of the employee’s immediate supervisor in the course of such duties.
