We’re looking for an English Speaking Graphic Designer/Video Editor in Tbilisi to join a rapidly expanding Instagram Marketing Agency that helps international businesses and influencers grow their presence online. Key Responsibilities: Create engaging social media content, including static graphics, carousels, stories, reels, and short-form videos; Design creative assets for paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms; Edit and produce video content for organic and paid marketing campaigns; Collaborate with the marketing team to develop high-performing creative content; Plan concepts by studying relevant information and materials; Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and meet deadlines; Conceptualize visuals based on requirements, prepare multiple options/rough drafts, and present ideas; Modify text and typography, perform image retouching and manipulation; Help create and edit video content; Amend designs after feedback; Use cutting-edge AI generation tools; Create brand identities and brand books. Qualifications: Experience creating content and ad creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.); Strong understanding of current social media trends and visual storytelling; Proven experience in graphic design and content creation; portfolio required; Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.) and other design tools; Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine colors, fonts, and layouts; Attention to visual detail; Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team; Strong command of English, both spoken and written (C1).
