You should have a strong eye for design, understand what makes content visually engaging and commercially effective, and be confident taking a brief from initial concept through to finished creative. Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time About the Role Key Responsibilities: ** Create engaging graphics for social media, including posts, stories and campaign content ** Design digital advertising and marketing creatives ** Create website banners, landing-page graphics and other digital assets ** Design materials for events and campaigns ** Produce brochures, presentations and promotional materials ** Create email and newsletter graphics ** Develop brand assets and visual concepts ** Create print and digital marketing collateral ** Edit video content for social media and digital campaigns ** Resize and adapt creative assets for different platforms and formats ** Maintain visual consistency across different brands and campaigns ** Work closely with the wider team to turn ideas and briefs into strong creative concepts ** Contribute creative ideas and concepts rather than simply following instructions Essential Skills & Experience: ** Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Digital Designer ** A strong professional portfolio demonstrating a range of creative work ** Strong Adobe Photoshop skills ** Strong Adobe Illustrator skills ** Strong Canva skills ** Video editing skills ** Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour and visual hierarchy ** Experience creating graphics for social media and digital marketing ** Experience designing for both digital and print ** Ability to work confidently with established brand guidelines ** Strong attention to detail ** Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously ** Ability to take a creative brief and work independently ** Good written and spoken English ** Reliable communication and the ability to work effectively as part of a remote team Experience with Adobe InDesign, motion graphics, AI creative tools or basic web/UX design would be an advantage.
