Group & MICE Sales Executive

We're Hiring | Group & MICE Sales Executive Join Novotel Tbilisi Center – part of Accor Group! We are looking for an experienced Group & MICE Sales Executive to join our Sales team and contribute to the continued growth of our business. Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Group & MICE segment. • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agencies, and business partners. • Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and contracts. • Manage group bookings, meetings, conferences, and event inquiries from initial contact to confirmation. • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution. • Conduct hotel site inspections and client presentations. • Negotiate rates and contractual terms to maximize revenue. • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. • Maintain accurate sales records and revenue forecasts in the CRM system. • Represent the hotel at sales calls, networking events, trade shows, and industry exhibitions. Qualifications • Previous experience in hotel sales, hospitality, or MICE sales. • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with PMS and CRM systems is an asset. • Results-driven mindset and strong customer service orientation.
