We are Hiring: Group & MICE Sales Executive! 🚀 Are you driven by sales success and passionate about hospitality? Novotel Tbilisi Center is seeking a proactive Group & MICE Sales Executive to join our dynamic Sales Department. What You’ll Do: ✔ Identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities within the Group & MICE sectors ✔ Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with key corporate accounts, agencies, and partners ✔ Draft customized proposals, commercial offerings, and event agreements ✔ Oversee the end-to-end coordination of corporate conferences, meetings, and group bookings ✔ Lead property showcases, client walk-throughs, and persuasive presentations ✔ Handle commercial negotiations to optimize occupancy, revenue, and yield What We Expect: ✔ Proven background in hotel sales, event coordination, or MICE business development ✔ Top-tier communication, presentation, and negotiation expertise ✔ High proficiency in English (fluency in additional languages is an asset) ✔ Outstanding structure, detail orientation, and a client-first approach What We Provide: ✨ Attractive compensation structure with incentive packages ✨ Clear pathways for career advancement within a global brand network ✨ Ongoing training, workshops, and professional skill enhancement ✨ An inspiring, collaborative, and fast-paced team culture 📩 Ready to step into your next role?
