We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Senior Growth Markete r who will take over, lead, and scale several existing projects within the agency, as well as initiate and build new services. Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities for partner companies, and develop and implement growth strategies on the company's behalf Analyze and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns together with the team Develop and deliver services Onboard projects in line with our established ways of working, including delegation and oversight Identify and discuss any issues or concerns that may arise during the course of a project Prepare and present proposals to new partners Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in managing marketing projects, working in creative agencies, or in brand management Experience prompting LLMs Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly Time management skills and the ability to effectively handle a multi-project environment Teamwork and leadership skills English proficiency at B2 level or higher Compensation and Working Schedule: Fixed salary, commensurate with experience. Bonus for executed campaigns and/or the launch of a new service Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00–19:00.
