## Job description

ABOUT SELECTORS Selectors is an early-stage travel-tech startup creating a new way to discover and remember places worth visiting. Our app has recently launched globally on the App Store and is currently available in 15 cities. We're building an international brand around curated discovery, travel and experiences. THE ROLE: We're looking for a creative, hands-on and internationally minded Growth & Marketing Manager to help grow Selectors, increase app downloads and build an engaged global audience. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Develop and execute our international marketing and growth strategy. Lead social media and content creation. Build relationships with creators, partners and communities across different countries. Plan campaigns and experiments to increase downloads and user engagement. Track performance, analyse results and identify growth opportunities. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: 2–5 years of experience in marketing, growth or a related role. Experience with consumer apps, travel, lifestyle or tech startups is a plus. Strong understanding of social media, digital content and audience growth. Excellent English communication skills. Creative, proactive and comfortable working independently. An international outlook and genuine interest in travel, culture and discovery.
