## Job description

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Guest Relations Officer at OTIUM Casino Batumi located in Batumi. As a Guest Relations Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and providing excellent customer service. Your day-to-day tasks will include handling guest inquiries, resolving complaints, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and performing receptionist duties. Qualifications Excellent guest relations and customer service skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in receptionist duties and handling guest inquiries Ability to prioritize and multitask Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work well under pressure Languages: English and Turkish. Proficiency in other languages will be a plus
