## Job description

Consulting company Start – Business Solutions (startbs.com) is looking for a Head of a Coffee Café Chain as part of one of its projects. The successful candidate will participate in the creation, management, and subsequent development of a new coffee café chain. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the company’s development strategy. Develop the brand concept and customer experience. Lead the product and menu development process. Develop and implement operational systems and SOPs. Recruit, develop, and manage the team. Identify and evaluate potential new locations. Manage the entire process of opening new branches. Establish and manage relationships with suppliers. Develop and implement a quality control system. Manage the company’s financial performance (P&L). Control the budget, costs, and profitability. Introduce KPIs and continuously monitor performance. Develop and implement the chain’s expansion plan. Requirements At least 8–10 years of management experience in HoReCa, coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, or food-service chains. Proven successful experience in creating or managing a multi-location network. Strong financial and commercial management skills. Experience in designing and establishing operational processes and systems. Strong leadership and team development skills. Fluency in English. International experience will be considered a significant advantage. Personal Qualities Entrepreneurial mindset. Results-oriented approach. Strong sense of responsibility. Exceptional attention to detail. Innovative mindset and vision. Customer-oriented approach. Strong analytical skills. High level of professional ethics.
