🚀 We’re hiring: **Head of Account Management**

📍 Location: Remote, EU

**What you’ll do:**
• Lead, mentor, and grow the KAM team
• Build and own the department’s OKR and KPI framework
• Develop a proactive, commercial, and metric-driven culture
• Manage top-tier merchant relationships and drive portfolio growth
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across payment methods and Utorg products
• Lead QBRs and create growth roadmaps with key partners
• Analyze transaction data to identify revenue leakage, conversion drops, and growth opportunities
• Develop Account Management strategy, client segmentation, retention, and tiering models
• Collaborate closely with Product, Integration, Support, Legal, Finance, Sales, and BD teams

**What we’re looking for:**
• 7+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Business Development within FinTech or Payments
• 2+ years of experience leading or managing teams
• Strong understanding of payment rails, merchant lifecycle, and processing economics
• Experience managing high-volume merchant relationships and negotiating commercial terms
• Fluent Russian and English, B2+/C1, mandatory
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and scaling environment
