We are looking for an experienced Head of Accounting to lead and oversee the Group’s accounting function across four jurisdictions. What you’ll be responsible for Lead the Group accounting team, including the Chief Accountant in Georgia and accounting teams in the UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia Oversee and provide final review of tax declarations and statutory filings Establish and maintain a unified Group compliance calendar, ensuring accurate and timely filings Ensure disciplined month-end closing, reconciliations, and effective internal controls across all entities Manage external audits end-to-end and ensure continuous audit readiness Establish consistent accounting policies, methodologies, and standards across the Group Ensure accurate budget-line accounting and proper accounting treatment across branches and entities Maintain Odoo ERP data integrity , including the general ledger, trial balance, and reporting structure Monitor cost control and verify vendor, broker, and service-related fees and contracts Ensure the accuracy and integrity of accounting data related to real estate deals and inventory What we’re looking for 7+ years of accounting experience , including at least 3 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of Georgian tax legislation ; exposure to international accounting and tax practices is a strong advantage Proven experience managing external audits from preparation through completion Advanced Excel skills and solid ERP experience; Odoo experience is preferred Georgian and English — working proficiency Strong attention to detail and a control-oriented mindset Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and maintain high standards of accuracy Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and hold a distributed, multi-country accounting team accountable What We Offer: 👥 Join a collaborative and inclusive work environment. 📈 Opportunities for professional growth and development. 📩 Ready to apply?
