Key responsibilities: • Develop and execute the corporate sales strategy for non-life insurance products; • Manage and expand the corporate client portfolio; • Lead, motivate and develop the corporate sales team; • Build long-term relationships with key clients, brokers and business partners; • Identify new market opportunities and generate high-value business leads; • Manage negotiations, tenders, proposals and contract renewals; • Monitor sales targets, profitability, retention and portfolio performance; • Cooperate with underwriting, claims, product development and customer service teams; • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and performance reports.
