Job: Onsite / Full Time / 10:00 - 18:00 Location: Tbilisi, D-Block space About the Role At Ad Geeks, we are looking for a strategic, highly organized, and forward-thinking Head of Creative Operations to lead the operational excellence of our creative department. This is a senior leadership role focused on optimizing workflows, driving cross-functional collaboration, implementing AI-powered processes, and ensuring exceptional execution across all creative projects. The ideal candidate combines operational discipline with a deep understanding of creative work, enabling teams to deliver outstanding results efficiently and at scale. Key Responsibilities: Task & Process Management: Effectively plan, prioritize, and allocate tasks and resources across teams while ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards. Cross-Departmental Coordination: Drive efficient collaboration and workflow alignment across all agency departments. Creative Direction Support: Actively contribute to the design and creative concept development process, providing teams with clear visual and strategic direction. Client & Internal Communications: Lead and facilitate internal team briefings, client presentations, and cross-functional meetings. AI Integration & Innovation: Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools and visual trends, proactively integrating them into daily workflows to enhance productivity and creative efficiency. Key Requirements: Proven experience managing creative processes, projects, or creative teams. Advanced proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Notion, or similar). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of managing both internal creative teams and client relationships. Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to thrive under tight deadlines and in fast-paced environments. Practical experience with generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly) and a strong interest in leveraging AI to improve creative operations. A growth mindset with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
