We're looking for a **Head of Delivery / PMO **to join Nozomi.

📍 Remote | Full-time

At **Nozomi**, we partner with healthcare companies to design and build digital health products that improve patient outcomes and make healthcare more accessible. We work with startups and healthcare organizations across the US and Europe.

We're looking for a delivery leader who will own our project delivery function, lead a team of Project Managers, and ensure exceptional execution across our entire project portfolio.

**Responsibilities:**
• Lead, mentor, and grow the Project Management team
• Own delivery across multiple projects, ensuring timelines, scope, quality, and partner satisfaction
• Manage project risks, escalations, and stakeholder communication
• Build and improve delivery processes, standards, and PM methodologies
• Ensure consistent project execution across the portfolio
• Drive portfolio visibility through reporting, risk management, and delivery metrics
• Lead continuous improvement through retrospectives and delivery optimization

**Requirements:**
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in IT, Product, or Consulting
• 2+ years leading Project Managers or delivery teams
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder and partner management skills
• Experience building or scaling delivery processes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• High level of ownership and accountability
• English B2+ (C1 preferred)
• Rissian C2

**Nice to have:**
• Experience in Digital Health, Product, or Consulting
• Experience building or scaling a PMO function
• Experience with portfolio management and executive reporting
• Experience using AI tools to improve delivery and reporting
