Role Description The Head of Ecommerce is a full-time, on-site role based in Tbilisi, responsible for leading and scaling MS Holding’s online sales channels. This position oversees the ecommerce strategy, including website merchandising, pricing, promotions, and user experience, to drive revenue and customer engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing online product catalogs, coordinating campaigns with sales and marketing teams, monitoring web analytics and performance indicators, and ensuring smooth integration with inventory and distribution operations. The role also involves supervising ecommerce projects, collaborating with IT and design teams to optimize platforms, and continuously improving conversion, retention, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong proficiency in E-Commerce and Sales, with experience growing online channels and managing digital product assortments. Proven Project Management skills, with a track record of planning, executing, and delivering ecommerce initiatives on time and within budget.
