Role Description We are looking for an experienced HR leader who will be responsible for shaping the company's human resources strategy and ensuring the effective management of HR processes. This role involves working in close partnership with the business to increase organizational effectiveness and cultivate a healthy corporate culture. Key Responsibilities: • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies; • Practical experience in designing, standardizing, and improving HR processes; • Experience in developing recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention systems; • Experience in implementing performance management systems (KPIs, goal setting, and evaluation); • Experience in designing organizational structures, job grading systems, and defining roles and responsibilities; • Knowledge of Compensation and Benefits (C&B) systems, salary structures, and job evaluation; • Experience in creating employee training and development programs; • Practical experience in HR analytics, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making; • Experience in implementing or developing HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems); • In-depth knowledge of Georgian labor law and HR compliance requirements; • Experience in change management and organizational development. Qualifications & Requirements: • Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in the HR field, including in a managerial role; • Experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred • A university degree in human resources management, psychology, management, or a related field; • Strategic and analytical thinking skills; • Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills; • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills; • Highly responsible and results-oriented mindset; • Adaptability and change management skills.
