Vacancy: **Head of Media Buying**
Location: **EU (remote)**
Company - **NDA iGaming **

🔹 **Requirements:**
- 5+ years with Facebook/Google/In-app campaigns;
- 2+ years as Head of Media Buying;
- Managing a team of 25+;
- Budgets $1M+/month;
- Successful cases in CIS/Latam gambling markets;
- Knowledge of ROI, NGR, GGR, LTV, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL;
- Experience with Antidetect Browsers, Tracking Systems, cloaking & filtration (Adspect, Palladium, Im Klo, HideClick, Keitaro, Android/iOS, PWA);
- English and Ukrainian - B2.

🔹 **Nice-to-have:**
- Other traffic sources (TikTok, ASO/ASA, networks, Influencers);
- BI/Analytics (Tableau, Google Data Studio, Power BI).

🔹 **Responsibilities:**
- Build and manage media team;
- Run traffic campaigns & train buyers;
- Develop marketing hypotheses & A/B tests;
- Create briefs, manage budget & KPIs;
- Analyze results, optimize campaigns, report performance;
- Market & competitor analysis;
- Plan traffic streams.
