Head of Partnerships
Job description
About Roamingo Roamingo is a travel-connectivity company helping people stay connected when they travel, partnering with airlines , banks, payment networks, and travel platforms - including Visa, Pegasus Airlines, Qatar Airways, Bank of Georgia, and TBC Bank. We're hiring a senior partnerships professional to strengthen these relationships and build our next generation of international distribution partnerships. The Role This role combines three capabilities: relationship stewardship - protecting and expandinghigh-value strategic accounts; new business acquisition - building relationships with airlines, OTAs, banks, and loyalty platforms; and partnership solution design : embedding Roamingo's eSIM products naturally into a partner's customer journey, not as a disconnected add-on. Asigned contract is not the finish line - you own each partnership through to commercial launchand usage. Key Responsibilities Own Strategic Partner Relationships • Serve as named relationship owner for key accounts (Visa, Pegasus, Qatar Airways, BoG, TBC),from executives to operational teams. • Maintain account plans, renewal calendars, and risk assessments; lead renewal and expansion discussions. Build International Distribution • Develop and execute an acquisition strategy across airlines, OTAs, banks, loyalty programs, and insurers; build a focused international pipeline. • Personally run the full commercial cycle - outreach, solution design, negotiation, contracting, launch, and expansion . Design High-Quality Partnership Solutions • Structure models such as embedded eSIM offers, API/SDK integrations, co-branded propositions, loyalty rewards, and white-label solutions. • Translate partner needs into a clear brief for product and technology - and avoid "logo partnerships" with little real adoption. Own Commercial Execution • Build the commercial case (volumes, economics, revenue potential) and negotiate termswhile protecting Roamingo's interests. • Coordinate across product, tech, finance, legal, and marketing; stay accountable through launch and scale. Candidate Profile • -5-8 years in partnerships, business development, enterprise sales, or strategic accounts. • Background in travel tech, airlines, OTAs, payments, fintech, telecom, or loyalty . • A track record of personally originating and closing meaningful commercial partnerships - as an individual contributor, not only managing a team. • Executive presence to represent Roamingo with Visa-, airline-, or bank-level organizations, and comfort with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. • Strong commercial judgement and enough technical fluency to discuss APls, SDKs,and checkout integrations. • Excellent spoken and written English; comfort across Georgian, European, and Gulf timezones; willingness to travel. eSIM experience is a plus, not a requirement - strong candidates from payments, loyalty, travel, aviation, telecom, or digital distribution are welcome.
