🚀 **Head of Performance Marketing (High-Risk)**
🌍 **Location:** Remote
🗣 **Languages:** English — B2+; Russian — C1+

**🔎 What we’re looking for**
- Experience in high-risk industries
- At least 2 years of experience managing a media buying department and leading a team of 15+ people.
- Hands-on expertise in independently launching and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads.
- A proven track record of scaling campaigns, supported by clear financial results
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated success in traffic acquisition across SEA, LATAM, and African markets.

**🎯 What you’ll be responsible for**
- Set traffic acquisition priorities across brands and target markets, including lead volumes, budgets, and team resource allocation.
- Build, lead, and develop a team of team leads by hiring, mentoring, and strengthening their professional expertise.
- Monitor key performance indicators daily, including ad spend, conversion rates, cost per lead, and ROMI.
- Stay up to date with digital advertising trends and transform relevant insights into testable growth hypotheses.
- Work closely with the creative team to improve ad concepts, content quality, and overall campaign performance.
