📢 VACANCY | HEAD OF STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS / PR Glocal Solutions Consulting is seeking a Head of Strategic Communications / PR for a public sector organization in Tbilisi. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement the organization’s strategic communications and PR strategy; • Plan and coordinate external and internal communications; • Manage media relations, press releases, official statements, interviews and public communications; • Develop key messages and ensure consistent institutional positioning; • Manage reputation and crisis communications; • Coordinate digital and social media communications; • Build effective relationships with media, public institutions and other key stakeholders; • Support senior management with speeches, presentations, public appearances and media engagement; • Monitor media coverage and evaluate communication effectiveness; • Lead strategic communication initiatives and campaigns. Requirements • Higher education in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, Public Administration or a related field; • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in strategic communications, PR, media relations or a related field; • Experience in the public sector/public institution will be considered a strong advantage; • Experience in developing communication strategies and campaigns; • Strong writing, presentation and stakeholder-management skills; • Excellent command of Georgian and good command of English; • Strong organizational, analytical and crisis-communication skills. 📍 Location: Tbilisi, Georgia 📩 CV: glocalsolutionsgeo@gmail.com 📌 Email Subject: Head of Strategic Communications / PR Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
