Head of Sales | Wyndham Garden Kobuleti Loft Towers, a real estate development company, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales for the Wyndham Garden Kobuleti project. We are looking for a professional who will lead the sales direction, develop and implement commercial strategies, increase sales performance, and manage a highly motivated team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in hotel investment real estate sales or the hospitality industry, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to think strategically and deliver results. Proven track record in market research, sales documentation management, product concept creation, development of appropriate sales strategies, CRM system knowledge, and computer programs is required.
