Location: Tbilisi, Georgia Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate health insurance service operations; Ensure high-quality and timely service for insured members; Manage the customer journey across medical and insurance service touchpoints; Coordinate with medical services, claims, provider network, call center, sales and other relevant functions; Manage complex cases, customer complaints and escalations; Monitor service quality, KPIs and SLAs and initiate corrective actions where necessary; Analyze customer feedback, complaints and recurring service issues; Develop and implement customer experience (CX) and service-quality improvement initiatives; Review and improve service processes, procedures and workflows; Ensure effective communication between insured members, healthcare providers and internal teams; Prepare service performance reports, analysis and recommendations for management; Participate in process digitalization and automation initiatives; Lead, coach and develop the service team; Ensure compliance with internal standards, confidentiality requirements and applicable regulations. Qualifications: Higher education in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Management, Medicine, Insurance or a related field; Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience , preferably in insurance, health insurance, healthcare or service management; Managerial/team leadership experience is strongly preferred; Understanding of health insurance and customer service processes; Experience with KPIs, SLAs and service-quality management ; Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills; Strong customer orientation and ability to manage complex cases; Analytical thinking and process-improvement mindset; Good command of Microsoft Office; Georgian language proficiency; English and/or Russian will be considered an advantage.
