About the rol eYou will join our growing global service delivery team implementing and offering support on the HRS-wide portfolio of products to hospitality-related companies. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, customer oriented, passionate about digital transformation within the hospitality industry through innovative technologies and software . Requiremen tsIT background is a mu stSQL knowledge is a mu stKnowledge of programming languages is preferab leKnowledge of how to install programs/ OSReady to travel and sometimes working the night shift s.Experience in technical support for logistics information syste msRequired experience in installin g 1C softwa reOpen minded, eager to learn new knowledge in inventory management and I T. What you will be do ingSoftware installation (Spa and hospitality indust ry)Provide telephonic / remote / onsite support for IT products, QA skills advantageo us.Ensure accurate and timely updates of logged support issues on the in-house call logging syst em.Research and test problems to confirm, isolate and identify root cause and propose/document resolutions/future mitigat ionAssist with the occasional implementation, testing and writing of documentat ionTest and troubleshoot new versions prior to relea se.Prioritize numerous issues of varying severity & service levels and deal with t hemaccording ly.Log and manage support cases with 3rd parti es.Business Travel up to 50% Language requireme nts:English B1+ What we offe r youMultinational enthusiastic environ ment.Medical insu ranceMotivating remuneration pac kage.Wide opportunities for professional growth within our fast-growing com pany;Remote/flexible wor king.
