Main responsibilities: ** The restaurant hostess is the first employee to interact with arriving guests as they enter the restaurant. ** Should ensure to provide proficient and professional Food & Beverage service to the guests by meeting and also exceeding their expectations. ** Check if there are any reservations and gets ready for meeting the customers ** Makes sure that all reservation signs are on the tables Distribute reservations among all servers equally, informing them of all information necessary. ** Always answer the phone politely using a friendly tone and being informative. ** Knows the products and price list. ** Has complete knowledge of all food and beverage menus: The ingredients; the preparation; how items are served and with what; knows the daily special. ** Goes to the guest at the entrance and welcome them ** If there are any complaints, retrieves a manager or supervisor immediately Fulfill any other tasks (within the scope of responsibility) assigned by the Management Required Skills/Abilities: ** Good verbal communication skills in English, Georgian and preferably another international language. ** Can multi-task, is team oriented. ** Attention to details. ** Excellent Interpersonal skills. ** Experience in the respective field is required.
