04 November High Way Travel and Tourism LLC announces a vacancy for the position of Hotel & Bus Reservation Agent (Hiring 3 staff). Working conditions: ** Location: Tbilisi, Georgia; ** Employment type: Full-time; ** Salary: 2500 GEL - 4000 GEL monthly. Job description ** Receive inquiries from Chinese tourists via email, WhatsApp and other communication channels; ** Process hotel and coach bus reservation requests, check availability and confirm bookings; ** Communicate with hotels, bus suppliers and guests, send booking confirmations and solve booking-related issues; ** Keep booking records, fill in forms and maintain booking statistics. Requirements ** Georgian local resident; ** Excellent Chinese language skill is mandatory, fluent English, good written and verbal communication skills; ** Basic computer skills, familiar with Excel and online booking systems; ** Responsible, patient and service-minded; ** Tourism industry experience is preferred.
