07 December Design Hotel & Private Spa - Tbilisi Edition is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Hotel Receptionist . Working Conditions: ** Location: 3 Baku Street, Tbilisi, Georgia; ** Employment Type: Full-time, shift-based; ** Salary: To be discussed during the interview. About Us: Design Hotel & Private Spa - Tbilisi Edition is a boutique hotel in the heart of Tbilisi, offering stylish accommodation, personalized hospitality, a private spa, and restaurant services. We are looking for a professional, friendly, and motivated Receptionist to join our team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities: ** Welcome guests professionally and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience; ** Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications through the hotel`s property management system; ** Communicate with guests via telephone, email, WhatsApp, and online booking platforms; ** Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions; ** Actively promote hotel services, including private spa sessions, restaurant reservations, airport transfers, and tours; ** Handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements promptly and professionally; ** Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure efficient daily operations; ** Process guest payments, prepare invoices, and maintain accurate financial records; ** Monitor guest satisfaction and encourage genuine guest feedback and reviews; ** Maintain an organized, welcoming, and professional reception area. Requirements: ** Good command of English, both written and spoken; ** Knowledge of Russian or additional foreign languages is an advantage; ** Previous experience in hotel reception, hospitality, or customer service is preferred; ** Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ** Professional appearance and a positive, guest-oriented attitude; ** Good organizational skills and attention to detail; ** Ability to multitask and handle challenging situations calmly; ** Basic computer proficiency; experience with hotel PMS software, particularly Exely, is an advantage; ** Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to work in shifts; ** Sales-oriented mindset and ability to recommend additional hotel services.
