Facilitate communication among staff, physicians, patients, and visitors, resolving conflicts and ensuring positive interactions. Serve as a safety officer, ensuring regulatory adherence and risk mitigation. Implement surge plans, manage hospital capacity, and respond to codes and emergencies. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or Health Administration. RN license (single state or multi-state compact), BLS certification, and preferred ACLS certification. Minimum of 2 years clinical experience and 2 years in nursing leadership or supervisory roles. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
